Appointments and treatment availability

An enquiry or click on a booking link does not by itself confirm an appointment. Confirm your treatment, date, time, duration, therapist availability and final price with the team or through the booking service you use.

Treatments, facilities, packages and promotions are subject to availability and any conditions stated with the offer. Confirm what is included before booking.

Prices and payments

Prices displayed on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED). Confirm the total payable, any applicable taxes, inclusions and any payment or deposit requirements before you accept a booking.

Payment processing and bookings completed through an external provider are also subject to that provider’s terms. Do not send payment-card details through a general enquiry message.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact the spa or your booking provider as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Ask for the cancellation, late-arrival, no-show and refund conditions that apply before confirming or paying.

This website does not establish a separate cancellation deadline, cancellation fee or blanket non-refundable rule. Booking-specific conditions and applicable consumer rights govern the particular transaction. If you have a payment or service concern, contact the team with your booking details.

Suitability, comfort and conduct

Spa and massage services are wellness services, not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. Consult an appropriate health professional if you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you.

Before treatment, tell the therapist about relevant injuries, pregnancy, allergies or other factors that may affect suitability. Let the therapist know immediately if pressure, temperature or any part of a treatment feels uncomfortable.

Guests and staff are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, abusive behaviour and inappropriate requests are not acceptable.
